is it true that we cant throw away our character first items and the heroes original items too? bcoz ive tried to throw away or extract mine, but it failed

False. I throw them away all the time. But you cannot salvage or sell them.

by throwing them away he means dragging them up to the wastebasket that appears when you open your Inventory Tab

you can't drop/sale/trade/merchant these items but you can delete them
